Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. To request any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we will no longer be able to accommodate changes. If needed, you can return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note we don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at shopalfavirus@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, once your order reaches your destination country, you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes. If you receive any defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us immediately at shopalfavirus@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the items, and any other relevant information so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
